  • Co-Extrusion Satellite Systems: Equipped for multi-material and multi-layer processing, enabling the production of dual-durometer profiles, integrated color-coded tracking lines, and composite structures.
  • Advanced Vacuum Calibration & Cooling Systems: High-stability stainless steel sizing chambers that lock in ultra-tight outer and inner diameter tolerances immediately post-extrusion.

  • Servo-Hydraulic Injection Moulding Machines (150-Ton to 450-Ton): 150T – 250T Fleet: Dedicated to high-speed, micro-tolerance technical components such as EV battery cell spacers, precision electrical connectors, and automotive sensor brackets. 350T – 450T Fleet: Utilized for large-surface-area and heavy-duty structural parts, including acoustic engine shrouds, complex chassis components, and heavy industrial infrastructure elements.
